Yes! The Grow is our new space for our houseplants, and both Urban Flower Co and The Grow are headed up by Matt. The Stores are literally across the street from each other so you can get your plant and flower fix in one go.
HOW MANY JARS DO I NEED?
We would recommend 1 Medium Jar to every 2 Small Jar arrangements. This allows for a relaxed, informal vibe.
We would recommend at least 2 Medium and 4 Small jars for a long table seating 12 guests.
How do I arrange delivery?
WHICH DATE SHOULD I SELECT?
Please note delivery will take place the day of your wedding, so please select the actual day of your wedding.
WHICH SHIPPING ADDRESS SHOULD I ADD?
This is the address you would like all your flowers to arrive to. We will deliver your flowers in the morning to the delivery address selected when you order. If you need an additional delivery address, please drop us an email with the second address and we can arrange a courier for you. This will need to be confirmed with payment.
IS SET UP INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Our Off-The-Shelf Wedding package is drop off only. Jar flowers are arranged in a way that however you group them or place them, they will look great.
what's included in my order?
Any jars and vases are yours to keep, pins are provided with buttonholes (with a few spare just in case!), and any hand held bouquets will be tied in a satin ribbon and in water.
How far in advance do I need to order my flowers?
We would need at least a week's notice for your order. If you need flowers for an event less than 7 days away, please get in touch at email@example.com to check our availability.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely! Collections can be made from our store at 48 Park Road, Crouch End, N8 8SX Tuesday - Saturday from 9.30am
You only deliver in the mornings but I am not getting married until late afternoon. How should I store my flowers?
Your flowers will be made up fresh on the day, and will all be in water, so once they get to you, make sure vase flowers stay in their water and are kept in a cool room, away from heaters / hairdryers / sunshine.
Buttonholes should be the fridge to keep them fresh, or if not available, a glass of shallow water.
These tips will help ensure keeping your blooms fresh on the day.

Can I choose a delivery time?
All deliveries will be sent out first thing the morning of your wedding.
MY WEDDING FALLS ON A SUNDAY OR MONDAY, CAN YOU STILL DO MY WEDDING?
Unfortunately if your wedding falls on a Monday, we will not be able to do your wedding flowers.
If your wedding is on a Sunday, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a delivery for Saturday afternoon. If this works for you, please email email@example.com and let the team know.
can i choose my flowers?
Our Ready-To-Go bridal collection is for the Brides/Grooms who trust us to do what we do. We will choose the best seasonally available flower's for your big day. Expect loads of colour in our unstructured style. Do check out our insta so you can see the vibe of what we do.
Shipping / Returns
We currently only deliver to London postcodes, you can check if we delivery to your chosen address in your cart.
If your delivery location is slightly outside the M25, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look up delivery options for you.
We deliver every day between 9am and 6pm Tuesday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays).
We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays, unless Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day falls on one of those days. In these circumstances delivery days/charges may vary.
All same day deliveries must be ordered before 12pm.
We do not offer specific delivery time slots. If you need your delivery for a specific time, please contact us. There may be an additional charge for this service.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.
Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will use the number provided to make contact. They will try to deliver to a neighbour if not contactable.
CLICK & COLLECT
All Click and Collect orders must be placed by 12pm (Tues - Sat) for same day collection unless arranged over the phone. Please allow at least 1 hour from the time of ordering for the goods to be made available. The last collection time is 5pm. The Click and Collect service is available Tuesday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays). The collection point is Urban Flower Co, 48 Park Road, Crouch End, N8 8TE
We work with a variety of blooms, some more delicate in nature than others and the life expectancy of our flowers is 3-5 days. All flowers will go out with a care guide with tips on how to care for your blooms. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your flower order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery being received by phone or email.
For all other non perishable products you have 7 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your item. We can only accept refunds for items in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Return of items must be arranged by the customer.
We cannot refund sale items.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned.
Once purchased, our 'Subscription Flowers' gift cannot be refunded. Please contact us if you need to postpone or reschedule a delivery.
All flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
All Products on this website are available to the London postcodes listed only, or available for collection free of charge.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Prices include VAT @ 20%
We are unfortunately unable to refund any workshop less than 7 days before workshop event. In the event of Lockdown or teacher illness / cancellation, the workshop will be postponed to another date.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Urban Flower Co vouchers cannot be used at The Grow to purchase plants.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year and must be used within the stated time frame on the voucher.
Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be used for subscriptions or services. Vouchers may not be applicable to certain products, this will be stated in the product description.
Vouchers can only be used by the intended recipient and are void if altered, duplicated, or copied.

Our store is hosted on SagePay. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through SagePay’s data storage, databases and the general SagePay application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then SagePay stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
