Shipping policy

 

Our delivery service is currently only within the London area. Please use the postcode checker to see if you are eligible for our delivery service, this can be found in you 'basket'. 

When you check out, please select the date you would like your order to be delivered, you will be given an AM and PM option. Please select which one you would prefer, these are advised times and are not guaranteed. 

We do not deliver on Mondays or Sundays, unless it is Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. In these circumstances delivery charges may vary.

All same day deliveries must be ordered before 12am.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour and update the tracking link provided.

Wedding deliveries:

• Please note delivery will take place the day of your wedding, so please select the  actual day of your wedding.
• Delivery is a flat rate of £50 (to one address only) and will be automatically added at checkout.
• We will deliver your flowers in the morning to the delivery address selected. If you need two different delivery address, please drop us an email with the second address and we can arrange an additional courier for you.
